📄 REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy
Last updated: August 4, 2026
The short version: We don't offer refunds on custom-made work. But we're real people running a family business, and we'd rather talk it out than lose a customer. If something's wrong, call us.
Why no refunds on custom work?
Everything we make is built specifically for your home - countertops, cabinets, and everything in between. Once material is templated, cut, fabricated, or built for your project, it can't be resold or returned to our suppliers. That material is yours.
What's non-refundable:
Custom stone countertops (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, soapstone, etc.)
Laminate and Formica countertops cut or fabricated for your project
Solid surface materials (Corian, etc.)
Custom cabinetry - built, ordered, or modified for your space
Slabs that have been templated, cut, or polished
Completed installations
Custom edges, cutouts, sink holes, or finish work
Special-order materials (anything we ordered specifically for your job)
Delivery, template, and installation labor
Deposits once fabrication or ordering has begun
What we WILL do:
Fix our mistakes. If we cut something wrong, mismeasured, or delivered damaged material, that's on us - we'll make it right. Repair, replace, or refund - whatever fits the situation.
Honor manufacturer warranties. Quartz brands like Corian, Cambria, Silestone, and cabinet manufacturers carry their own warranties. We'll help you file claims and coordinate repairs.
Stand behind our workmanship for one year from installation date on our labor.
Talk to you. Seriously. Before you leave a bad review or dispute a charge, call us at (440) 953-9782. We've been doing this for 50 years and we've solved every kind of problem you can imagine.
How our payment structure works:
We typically collect half of the total at time of template - that's when your project becomes real and materials get ordered/cut.
Balance is due upon completion of installation.
Once we've templated, no refunds apply - templating is when the custom work begins.
Cancellations:
Before templating: contact us and we'll work it out based on where things stand (materials ordered, design time, etc.).
After templating: no refunds - your material is being cut, ordered, or built.
Damaged goods on delivery:
Inspect your countertops and cabinets at delivery/installation. If you spot damage, tell us immediately - before installation. Once installed, damage claims are limited to defects, not cosmetic issues you didn't flag at delivery.
